To Our Valued Waterworks Customers:

We hope that you and your family are safe and well. We sincerely appreciate your support in this challenging time! We are here to help you with your pool and spa needs even though our showroom is closed to customers in compliance with Governor Hogan’s orders.

We understand the challenges we are all facing and, as we have for the last 40 years, we have kept our pricing competitive. Many of our products are the same price as last year. And we are looking for even more ways to save you money and pump up the pool fun. Our hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. and closed on Sundays.

Please make sure when emailing or faxing that you provide your phone number so we can contact you to arrange payment and pick-up. When you arrive to pick up your order, we will bring it to your vehicle.

Water Testing

Yes, we can test your water. We will come out to get your sample when you arrive at the store. You may wait for your test results or we can email the results to you. We will then discuss your specific product needs. You may leave a water sample in our drop box when we are closed and we will test it and email you the results.

During the current public health challenge, we ask that you bring your water sample in an old water bottle or Ziploc bag that we can discard after the test. Please make sure that your name, address and contact information is on the sample.

Parts

We stock hundreds of parts, even for older model pumps and filters. We also stock over 100 filter cartridges and numerous gaskets, o-rings and plumbing fittings. If you need a part, please call the store. If we don’t have it in stock, we will do our best to find it for you.
